The Company is managed by an efficient team of professionals under the stewardship of Mr. Darab C. Pader having an experience of 65 years and is the Chairman Managing Director of the Company. The Company was started in the year 1978 and it is the only Tannery at Aurangabad which went into production in the year 1981. Mr. Aspi D. Pader, Executive Director Son of the Founder Mr. Darab C. Pader joined the business in the year 1981 and together looked after running of the business. During the year 2014 with the support and blessing of the founder Mr. Darab C. Pader the Modernization of Tannery which includes Effluent Treatment Plant, Solar Power Plant and the change of process to Non Hazardous Process for manufacturing Finished Leather was carried out by Mr. Aspi D. Pader. Mr.Shahpur A. Pader Grandson of the Founder Mr. Darab C. Pader joined the business during the year 2009 and under the able guidance from the founder for 6 years he was inducted on to the Board as a Whole Time Director from January, 2016
